PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, ON OCCASION, THE PAD MAY COME LOOSE FROM COMPACT, IT IS AN EASY FIX TO REATTACH IT WITH SUPER GLUE, WHICH IS HOW THEY ARE ATTACHED TO BEGIN WITH. THIS MAY CAUSE "SCUFFING" OR A SLIGHT SCRAPE ACROSS THE TOP OF THE PAD.
ALSO, DUE TO THESE BEING BAKED IN INDIVIDUAL POTS, THEY USE A TOOL TO PULL THEM OUT OF EACH CLAY POT, CAUSING THE OCCASIONAL SCRATCH ACROSS THE TOP, MAKING THEM POSSIBLY IMPERFECT. I GURANTEE, THESE HAVE NEVER BEEN USED. EVER.
Due to the nature of my cosmetics and food items, I no longer accept returns on opened and used items as it is considered to be a biohazard. I do personally check every item before it leaves my store, to make sure all items are sealed and there is no damage.
