Antique “Flicker Top” Tin spinner toy made in the USA with optical illusion spinning Disk. This is a fun little toy and it’s in pretty good condition. The cardboard disc has been bent, probably from pulling it out and pushing it back in. Pretty entertaining fun vintage toy! you might need to clean it up a little bit, but I think it’s in pretty good shape with very nice colors.
