“Dream St” is a palette created by Kathleen Lights in collaboration with Colourpop as part of her “Dream” collection. For those who have not heard of Kathleen, she is a Beauty Influencer who has created some stand out makeup products with Colourpop, most notably lipsticks in the shades Alyssa, Aquarius, Lumiere and Taurus, her “Where the Light Is” and “Where the Night Is” quads, and a bunch of other gorgeous products! Ever since it’s announcement, I have been beyond excited to get my hands on this palette! Similar to Colourpop’s “Element of Surprise” (link to review here:

), this palette is all about neutrals with hints of unexpected colour, which is such a great concept to me personally. These kinds of palettes tend to mix the versatility of a nude palette with the fun of a colourful one! These layouts really allow me to get creative, and mix a bunch of colours together to create (sometimes) slightly unorthodox looks!
