The creation of these precision spinning tops starts with a bar of solid 303 stainless steel spun in CNC mill turn lathe. By honing and polishing the contact point by hand, it ensures that each top spins slightly different from the next as well as gives each a very unique pattern on the underside. These tops are 1 1/4″ in diameter by 1 1/2″ tall. These are heavy weight, ( 27 grams) you will know when it’s in your pocket.
This is NOT one of the cheap aluminum promo tops or the mass produced ones that pop up in in your sidebar. This is a replica that aims to mimic the almost frozen in place spinning action seen in the movie.
