How To:
Apply directly to lids using the applicator and allow the shadow to dry. For a more dramatic, pigment packed look, layer the formula. Add some color by gently blending out edges with your favorite shade of Perfect Eyeshadow and a fluffy shadow brush. For extra depth, liner both the upper and lower waterline with Enduring Eyeliner Pencil.
