This listing offers a great find of the Mottahedeh England decorative plate from the  Reproduction of Chelsea circa 1755 (pattern) - Crom Castle - Stately Homes collection of Sir Humphrey Wakefield Br. The plate's Chelsea 1755 pattern offered has the pink leaf, utilizes various raised leaf design elements on the surface of the porcelain. Along with bright, yet subdued hues utilized as part of the as the object of the pattern. This design creates a timeless pattern that could enhance or add to most decors.
I purchased two of these plates at an estate auction of a prominent New York City Interior Designer. There are no signs of use of any kind; I believe they were purchased for resale and may have been stored or on display. Condition therefore would be rated excellent. There is some variation to the hand painted plates, please review the photos and submit question, if clarification is needed. They are both back stamped with the same Mottahedeh back stamp.
