This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  Play a bunch of vampires, create tokens with edgar, then overwhelm all your opponents!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  This deck is all-in on swarming your opponents with vampires.  It's not very reactive, but will usually have a lot of vampires allowing you to overwhelm your opponents consistently and rebuild after board wipes.  Cards like Campaign of Vengeance and Edgar Markov himself help you pump your team and finish the game once you have enough vampires.
