This listing is for a fun budget deck for the casual commander player.  The deck is built to beat your opponent down with powerful dragon creatures.  Your commander can become any Dragon in the deck at any time which is very dangerous for your opponent!  Below is a complete decklist broken down by card function so you can get a closer look.

Designer Notes:  Your commander can become any dragon at any time so be sure to transform him depending on your needs (double strike for more damage or hexproof to cancel removal spells are good examples.)  Twilight's Call is an all-star in this deck and quickly closes out games.  You can also simply cast all the dragons in your hand and beat people to death making this deck less reliant on your commander.
