    HOW TO USE:  For best results, exfoliate 24 hours prior to application.  In a well-ventilated are, apply to clean, dry skin.  Keep the can in constant motion and hold 6-8 inches from body.  When applying to face, hand, feet, hold 12 inches from areas.  Apply spray in a sweeping motion across area to be tanned.  Avoid over-application to elbows, hand, knees, angles and feet. Do not bather, shower or swear for at least 8 hours after application.
