Description
?How to season the wok prior to using it. The surface of the product has a transparent clear lacquer applied to prevent rust at the distribution stage. Follow the instruction below to remove the coating. Do so in a well entilated space. 1. Heat the whole wok evenly. (Smoke may be difficult to see, but discoloration of the surface should be visible.) 2. When the wok has cooled enough, use a metal scrubbing brush to remove the coating on the surface. ? Precautions for use - Please avoid heating the wok to extremely hot temperatures without anything inside of it. - Do not use a flame so large that it touches the handle. - The handle may get hot, use a cloth or a mitten. - Do not use when the wok is filled with water to the edge. - Do not keep any food inside the wok for long time, it might cause rusting since the item is made of iron. Move the food to another container immediately. - After use, wash thoroughly with dish detergent to remove water and the food.
