Three piece Set: 14 1/4" Diameter, Large Stainless Steel Wok. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
Features clad stainless steel construction with Bakelite lid (sealing in heat and moisture), sturdy double Bakelite helper handles for supporting or holding wok In place during cooking, copper bottom, and ring rack -- also in stainless steel.
Great for use on conventional or other heat sources (stove tops) -- delivering unparalleled heat retention, fast, even heating.
The two Bakelite handles stay cool to the touch on a cooktop and are tightly riveted to the cookware to ensure durability and precise use control.
The durable mirror polished finished stainless steel exterior offers a timeless look.
Gradually sloping sides ensure food stays directly over heat source and facilitates tossing of content.
Its fast-heating cooking surface is great for stir-frying, deep frying, steaming and more -- disperses heat evenly and quickly, as mentioned. Can be used on gas cook tops, and on a grill.
Wok measures 14 1/4" diameter and 8" high. Overall length is 16 1/2" including handles.
Lid is 13 1/4" in diameter and 4 1/2" high. Wok opening is 13 1/2" diameter and 4" deep. Each handle is 3 3/4" by 2" wide. Base ring rack is 10 5/8" in diameter and 1 3/4" high.
Wok condition is vintage from our home since the 1990s with a little bit of pitting inside wok bottom and the copper bottom shows ware, as we enjoyed it often. Still in great condition for its just about three decades.
