    Description

    The top measures about 7" in diameter, 7" tall, and about 12" tall with the handle extended.  It does spin when you push the handle down, but I'm not sure if that is exactly how it is supposed to work.  It has a Mexican theme with children and burros.  The top looks like it got a lot of use at one time.  Please examinte the photos.  Contact me if you need additional information or photos.
